Transfer cases.

I'm Iin a bit of a time crunch here, and I don't have my truck at the moment.

will a tcase from an 07 6.0 with manual on the floor 4x4 work in my 05 5.4 esof.

I'm hoping its possible to just swap over the esof parts?
Any info is appreciated!

Dang. I was wondering that. I figured the diesels had a different t case do to the shafts, but I wasn't sure. So it has to be a gas T case then.

what about the manual to esof aspect of it?

They should both be 5r110’s. Same shaft, bolt in. You will need the manual lever and linkage, the boot, and a knife to cut out the flooring but it all just bolts right in. You’ll also have to manually lock in the hubs like a real man and truck

I would keep it manual shift and swap the lever, linkage and boot over, its far better than the electronic shift.

100% agree with this when you have the choice.

“You’ll also have to manually lock in the hubs like a real man”.
That’s some good stuff right there.

Both of my trucks are MANually operated.

it looks like I won't be swapping T Cases. It's the front drive shaft that's destroyed.
