EGR Recirculation Temp Sensor Location - Help

I been having some issues with a code P2425 and been monitoring the Exhaust Gas Recirculation temperatures and noticed that one temp sensor is bouncing all over the place.
The name of the sensor on my monitor is called "Exhaust Gas Recirculation Temperature Bank1, Sensor 2" PID: 01 6B - I guess is the OBDII identifier.
I'm using "BlueDriver" for the monitor.
Does anyone know where the location of this sensor? Is it the ECT2 sensor? The one that is on top of the EGR?

The temperature for this sensor is bouncing all over the place sometimes it will be in the low 100's then would bounce all the way up to 400+
I'm suspecting that this is playing a big role in the code above.
I have already ran through some test procedures on how to test the control value and it appears to be fine.

The other sensor is Exhaust Gas Recirculation Temperature Bank1, Sensor 1 is acting normal, does not bounce around.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks
Ken
