Careful with that one, additional details would be helpful to others who might read this so they don't get the wrong idea. What most refer to as a PCO, ECO, ECR, coupon etc., cannot be combined with another PCO. It can combine with certain other incentives, but not another PCO.
Maybe there was some other incentive, like a custom order rebate or something, but even if you had 3 PCO's in your name only 1 can be applied.
Or some of the ECO/PCO's state that they can be used with AXDZ Plans. But it generally is in the fine print. It sucks that people sometimes have to fight for them because the dealer has a different interpretation.
I got screwed on my PCO...ordered June 30th and got a PCO of $2500 a few weeks later that was order or take delivery by 09/31. Emailed it to my dealer that said yah no problem...good to go. Went to take delivery and they tried to apply it and said they couldn't find the offer. After 4 hrs of back and forth nonsense, I walked with my truck and the irritation that I didn't save some extra money. Called ford costumer service and they were clueless about it and I got the explanation that a separate marketing group handles the issues/redemption of them. Who knows...but the dealer did throw in a new valence and deep tread floor mats as I think they were embarrassed about the situation. Good luck in getting it redeemed...hope yours is better than mine!
I spoke with Ford Customer Service about this today. The CSR said that all of Fords Dealers are privately owned and it is up to each individual dealer to honor the PCO or not to honor it. In my case the CSR said that it should be honored but Ford has no say with the Dealers. She also said that the fine print is correct, and that as long as the truck is ordered before the expiration date of the PCO that it is valid, and that Ford recognizes that with the long wait times to get a vehicle, it should be applied to the ordered vehicle. But that doesn't seem to apply to me at this time. Probably time to order through Granger and wait another 4-5 months.

I ordered my truck 8-27-21. I received my PCO in mid October for $3500. I didn't receive my VIN until later in November with a build week of 12-20. I took my PCO to my Dealer two weeks ago to make sure it was applied to my truck and was told that unless the truck arrives by 1-3-22 it would not be valid. I pointed out that it says order or take delivery by 1-3-22, and was told again that unless it shows up on or before 1-3-22 that it isn't valid. They were supposed to check with Ford and get back to me but have not heard anything.
Totally, incorrect. Ford has a Incentive Protection Program that applies to these PCOs/ECRs. The dealer enters the PCO into the system against your order and its protected. I know as I've used it on both my 2017 and 2019. The 2017's PCO was applied mid-order/production and the PCO had expired by delivery time. On my 2019, the PCO expired the day after I placed my order. Truck showed up 5 weeks after expiration.

I would speak to the dealer GM or Owner/Principal. If they can't resolve it, ask for the Ford Regional Director's contact info.

I’m pretty sure I’ve seen other guys on here mention that Granger honored their PCO on top of the discount they’re receiving, so that sounds like a good idea if you can handle the wait
[QUOTE=jake415;20189715]The sales manager I placed my order with told me there would be no emails coming from ford to confirm my order and /or give me status updates. They would call me when the truck arrived. I then told him that many folks on this forum get confirmations during the process. He had no idea what I was talking about and could not help me. He then asked others in the dealership if they had ever heard of such a thing, and nobody knew what I was talking about. It seems nobody knows whats going on
i also ordered on 12-7, and got an email confirmation from Ford within two hours of leaving the dealer.

Well I spoke with a Manager at my Dealer today, and they are refusing to honor the PCO because, according to them, I received the PCO after the truck was ordered. I originally went with my local dealer because they gave me a price that was approximately $1200 more than Granger's price. I figured that with flying out to Iowa, Diesel and Motels, that it was worth it to me to just stay local. But with them not honoring the $3500 PCO, that changes things for me. I'll be contacting Granger on Monday to order a truck. Local Dealer probably doesn't care as they will now get a Truck to sell above MSRP. There's nothing wrong with my 2019, I'm just pushing the RAWR with my 5th Wheel attached. Tows great, plenty of power. I just wanted to upgrade so as to not worry about staying under the rear axle rating.

The dealer will "honor" your PCO but keep the discount for themselves. I copied below what I posted in another current PCO thread about my experience with my dealer refusing to give me the discount for my PCO.. I'm glad your going to another dealer but it sucks for you. Good luck!
I know you said you didn't think the dealer was trying to screw you but I would bet they are. In 2019 I got a PCO and the dealer tried to screw me. I ordered a truck in January 2019 and got a PCO in February via a pop up on Ford's site. When I went to pick up the truck and presented the PCO to the Dealer they said they had entered the PCO when I ordered the truck and it was part of my original discount. An obvious lie since I didn't have it then but they wouldn't budge. I took the truck because my 5th wheel had come in and I had to pick it up and the PCO would have expired anyway before I could order a truck from a different dealer.
I ended up being contacted by the general manager because I gave them a scathing review with Ford and he admitted they "screwed up" and sent me a check for the $2500. They just wanted to enter, or already had the PCO in their system, but not give me the discount so they could improve their margins. The dealers know when anyone gets a PCO. I think it is tagged to your name, address, Email or phone number. I later got another PCO, also as a pop up on Ford's site and filled in a buddy's name, address, Email and number. He said his dealer could see it in their system.
It’s interesting that you say the dealers know when you get a PCO, but seem to be clueless when asked about it. My current PCO was mailed to me through Ford, I also got the same PCO mailed to me from my local dealer.

They can run your name and address through their computer and find out if you have any offers in the pipeline. I've had more than one dealer do it.
It's been posted on this thread that they can tell you that you don't have one and then run it through secretly to keep the money for themselves. I have no idea if it's possible or if any shady characters do that. The very few times that I've had the offers available to me at purchase time, I told the dealer after an initial agreement was struck. Then they ran it and found out that I did indeed have it and honored it.
But generally I get the offers when I'm not remotely close to looking for a truck.
