They work - just not right. Way out of alignment and the right one does not do the power up cycle. Adjusting these things appear to be a joke. You can see from the photo that they have significant beam pattern issues. The first set I got dod not have these issues. They just failed after 9 months.
We are heading to Scottsdale Barrett Jackson in Jan and I cannot be having light issues. With my Rigid and LED's in my fog 's I'll probably stick with the factory stuff. The Morimoto's seem to have some serious quality issues.
Just had mine installed. Took the truck to get pick someone up tonight for the first time and it was very and I mean VERY Dangerous. Couldn't see beyond 15 feet in front of the truck...wow.

I returned mine - could never get them to work correctly. Put my factory ones back and installed F150LED.com product and they have worked perfectly.
Had one Lamp go out right after I installed them and they immediately sent a replacement. Been on several trips including a Death Vally run. Zero issues.

I am going to give the guys up at the corner shop who do state alignments one shot at it. If they can't do it I am putting my stock ones back in money be damned. I can't freaking see the road.
Will let you guys know how it works out. They are just weird. The are fine out to 15 feet, then they just cut off completely and there is NO light beyond that. I hope it is just an alignment issue, but I doubt it.
The worst part is I went in to have light bars installed and he convinced me to do this instead. I am pissed and 1G lighter in the wallet.

You can return them and they even paid for return shipping. I told them I shouldn't be responsible for anything since they were defective. It's crazy how many people complain about these, nothing but a POS in my book.
It’s horrible to hear all the issues. I may be one of the lucky ones. Got mine 2 years ago and haven’t had any issues (knock on the wood). I kept the OEM halogens as insurance if they go bad. Probably wouldn’t pick up their other products. (Been waiting on their LED taillights)
Are the lights still holding up? Put some xb hybrids on my 2019 lariat today and they’re legit
