My "project" truck did not come in working order, or with all of the pieces for that matter. It's a '49 F1 with flathead v-8. I have some of the pieces of the throttle linkage, but could really use some pictures or diagram of the whole thing, including how the hand throttle is tied in. I did try to do a search, but could not find any results. Thanks in advance.

I not sure if it's the same as Yblocks, but on my 55 F350 the hand throttle cable is on the left and the accelerator linkage is on the right. See the pic to see how and where the manual throttle is hooked up

49F1, do you have the little round silver piece that fits over the T shaped thing? I did not have it and could not figure out why I could not get my manual throttle to work. An FTE member sent me the little piece I was missing for free and it works great now!
