hey guys working on rebuilding my 95 f250 460 4x4 auto(e4od i think) and had a few question since im at the part where these parts will affect the truck. background info if helps is that i just bought a detroit truetrac diff for rear, front leaf is 4100lbs rating and rear is 3100lbs rating with also a 3 inch body lift that came with the truck already installed.
1. i was thinking about 35x12.50 tires on 17x9 -19mm wheels and was wondering if that would fit good
2. if i could run 35 inch tires would 3.73 or 4.10 gears be good. truck would be doing light pulling ex. 2 axle trailer with car or truck on trailer and maybe a fifth wheel camper down the road. ( additional info is that im putting on long tube headers, cam and MAYBE a bigger throttle body not for sure if that last one would help.)
I just learned this recently. Large tires also cause frame cracking from the steering box. Right at that steering box cross member. Just a caution. If you do, don't turn while at an idle. Always be moving when you turn.
Yes, if your towing. 33s and a 4.10 are alright. I get 15-17mpg with that combo. 3.73 if your just towing ba small camper. May struggle going up hill though at highway speed.

Building a steering box brace that goes to the other frame rail isn't that big of a deal. You might even be able to buy them. I know you can for many Jeeps.
thanks for the help guys. the last thing would be does everybody agree that 35x12.50 tires would fit on the truck with a 3inch body lift. mainly with these wheels:
