2011 fan/pump noise
I have a 2011 F350 turbo diesel. This noise just started on my return from Florida. I could hear it inside the cab with the window up while sitting in traffic or at a light. It is coming from near the front of the fuel tank. If I don't start the truck in maybe 20 to 30 seconds, it shuts off. It runs while the truck does. .When I turn the key to on and not start it, this fan comes on and quite loudly. The video is from the driver side wheel well. Any idea what it is?

Edit: The video was shot in my garage, so the sound was reflecting all over the place. Out in the driveway I did discover it was coming from just in front of the fuel tank.
