Fan noise when parked

I hear a fan coming on and off while the truck has been parked for almost 24 hours.

are you sure its not just the gurgling sounds of the coolant systems ?
mine makes weird noises for hours after shutdown. sounds like pumps, and gurgling and high pitched electrical sounds

It had been about 20 hours since I had driven it. It sounds like a small fan going off/on/off/on.
