Since there is no water in the Evans product there is no conversion to vapor at 212 degrees F...in fact, Evans does not vaporize until it reaches 375 degrees F. In a water-based system, an overflow tank is needed to compensate for all the heat that the coolant absorbs after the engine is shut off which raises the temp above boiling...this does not occur with a waterless coolant.
