Expansion tank

I have an F350 2005 6.0. I really do love this truck though I just bought it. Some idiot that owned it prior to me broke the stem going into the expansion tank off fo the radiator, coming from the overflow tank and thought it would be a good idea to JB weld that plastic! it didn't work and now I need to replace the expansion tank on top of the radiator> Is it possible to replace the tank or is this a closed system and I will have to buy a new radiator???
