Delivery issues

Wanted to see if there are any other members here having problems getting their 2022 super duty delivered to the dealership. Is there a problem at the rail yard getting on the train or an issue with the car carriers. My vin was on a car carrier list and then became invalid. Dealer told me it was an issue at the rail yard. Any feedback would be much appreciated Thanks

Not sure if mine is an issue yet but mine was shipped on 10/17 and still has not been delivered. My end date on deliver is 11/7 (Sunday) so if it doesn’t come tomorrow it will miss the window as my dealer said they never get Saturday deliveries. Frustrating it has been almost 3 weeks in transit.

Y'all have heard about the current nationwide shortage of truck drivers, right? Took 6 weeks for my truck to travel the last 50 miles from the rail yard to my dealer.

I’d just say be patient. My truck was scheduled for delivery between 11/7 - 11/11 and arrived on 11/02. The dealer said their last delivery was delayed but, for whatever reason, I was lucky and it got there sooner than expected.

With everything that’s going on…parts shortages, labor issues, weather complications and truck driver shortage…I think it’s more likely that a delivery will take a bit longer than expected in most cases

There's only so many car carriers in circulation on top of the trucker shortage too.

And that's part of the national problem. You've probably heard of the 80-100+ container ships waiting off the coast of southern California? We can thank our Calfironia government for causing that. There are many reasons why there's a shortage of trucks available to help with that.
