New shocks
fwiw, I am not saying the Bilstein dual shock valving is wrong or bad, I just have not run across ones I liked but then again have not run the ones you are proposing.
The whole reason for dual is that each shock does 1/2 the work which means they can work longer before overheating and fading. Fading a shock is not something you are ever going to do on the street, think miles of very bumpy dirt road at speed. if thats your plan than dual would likely suit you. the single is going to ride nicer on the street but limit how hard and long you can hit whoops.
yes, run the same front and back should be the setup.
