I have a 2020 XL crew cab and I was looking at one of those underseat storage boxes. I noticed that they seem to hook up to a bar that runs the length of the seat along the floor. My truck doesn't have that.(see picture) I have the red parts, not the blue cross member. Do I need that piece or can I just get a storage box? Have been doing a lot of clicking without coming up with an answer. Thank you.

The pieces with the red x are part of the seat bracket, the part with the blue x is a storage tray piece that has to be ordered as part of a package.
Yes you should be able to order it. They are held on with 4 8mm head bolts
...or get a $3 board and cover it with $2 worth of that generic carpet stuff that people use for subwoofer boxes.
I built the entire under-seat box for my F150, it fit, looked AND worked better than the factory box.
