Another po683 question

Have the po683 code put a volt meter on it and have no communication from PCM to the gpcm. Curious what I should do. Only thing I can think of is to splice some new wires from PCM to GPCM
thanks
Matt

Do you mind describing the test you did and on what color wire(s), and/or connector numbers and pin numbers?

In that "write-up" he states that it assumes that the GPCM is working correctly. That may or may not be the case. Some GPCMs do fail.

Right but if there is no communication from the pcm, replacing the gpcm doesn’t help. There is the problem, when I asked if I should swap the gpcm I was basically told I could throw my money away if I want to. I don’t mind swapping the part it is only $100 and will take 20 min but if that’s not the problem what’s the point. Was wondering if anyone else went through this.
