Fender Alignment?

My new to me '15 doesn't appear to have ever been in an accident, but I noticed this on the front of the fenders. It appears the fenders were aligned after it was painted. Any thoughts?

I don't see the Ford logo anywhere on the fender lip so they may be aftermarket. Because of all the plastic and composite parts it's getting harder to spot repaired damage. It also appears that the fenders were only jammed with base coat with no clear.

It’s too late now but before purchase, did you run any type of vehicle report on the history of the vehicle?
Looks to me that something definitely isn’t right.

I would look at the hood. The fenders were adjusted to fit something.

Ford doesn't clear coat a lot of surfaces anymore.

The Ford stamped fenders are date coded and correct for the year of the truck. The hood looks original. I posted the same question on an autobody forum, and about 1/3 of the replies said they've seen it before on new Fords. The rest said it had work done to it. I'm leaning towards it's factory. The forum did comment that the hood bumpers have overspray on them, but looking online, most of these trucks seem to have body color on the bushing part of the bumpers. Anybody want to take a quick peek at their truck and report back?

The ‘15s had a lot of panel alignment issues due to the then new use of aluminum. They were probably adjusted after it arrived at the dealer. My 2015 front fenders have a bulge at the rear where they meet the front doors. Maybe one day I’ll try to adjust them, but I’ve lived with it for 6 years now.
