4x4 system dead
Is there a test procedure for testing the transfer control system anywhere in this forum? I have a crude wiring diagram and have tested what I can and still have a dead 4x4 transfer case control.
It is difficult to search this forum for the help I need to test this system so any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I found the test procedure on this forum, tested it and replaced the transfer case motor. It works perfect now!

Glad you got it. Had that issue on a Chevy one time, PITB to work on. Hope the new F250 keeps me maintenance procedure "ignorant" like my 1990 F150 did (meaning 1/4 million miles with mostly just tires/brakes/battery type replacements/problems.
