Is there a test procedure for testing the transfer control system anywhere in this forum? I have a crude wiring diagram and have tested what I can and still have a dead 4x4 transfer case control.

Electric or manual shift transfer case? If electric, check your vacuum lines. If manual check your linkages more information will help us, help you.
Glad you got it. Had that issue on a Chevy one time, PITB to work on. Hope the new F250 keeps me maintenance procedure "ignorant" like my 1990 F150 did (meaning 1/4 million miles with mostly just tires/brakes/battery type replacements/problems.
