Issues after CP4 injection pump replacement

After the dealer quoted me $12,000 to replace the high-pressure pump, fuel lines, and injectors I decided to take my 2013 6.7L to an independent. They told me that they have done over 100 high-pressure pump replacements without having to do the injectors. So, for $3,800 I told them to go ahead. After getting my truck back, I have a long crank, engine light, traction control light, hill descent fault, no boost, and ABS lights. My truck has been at this shop now for 2 months now and they can't figure out why I am having all of these lights. My thoughts are either loose ground or they left something unplugged. They called and told me my truck was fixed and as soon as I got 1 mile down the road I received all the same faults and lost boost again. I know....you get what you pay for, but damn. Has anyone else run into this kind of problem after the CP4 replacement? Any thoughts?

Trip to ford for a fix, followed by a bill to the repair place to pay for the mess.

Probably have to go to court for the reimbursement.

Codes would help for us to guide you. Chances are they damaged some connectors or wiring. The hill descent and traction lights shouldn't be affected by a pump replacement. So, gotta ask. What happened to the pump that didn't have cause for injector replacement also?
