Help with 3.5 injector issue
Alright so this was misfiring and we checked everything other than the injectors. Everything is working as it should so it was determined the injectors might be faulty. Anyway I go to remove the injectors and this is where we run into issues. Intake manifold bolts were full of water and rusted. Ended up grinding bolt heads off and then extracting the bolts from the block.
Now the injectors are siezed in the heads. I got 2 of 6 out. Already broke the connectors on the injectors trying to turn the injectors to remove them. I can’t get the slide hammer tool for 3 weeks ! Just wondering if any one has any other ideas?
I’m replacing all the injectors so not worried about damaging them I just want them out so I can put this back together. Pretty frustrated at this point. Tried vice grips and everything.
