Front Brake Rotor Options

I see several companies that make disc brake conversion kits, all of which have rotors with the stock 5 x 5.5" bolt pattern

I want to do the conversion AND change to the 5 x 4.5" bolt pattern, to increase wheel and tire options - So I can use the American Racing Salt Flat wheels in the pic

The CPP kit lists the front rotors as: 73-93 F-100/F-150 - Which is the most helpful info I've received

But everyone I've called so far says there is no rotor with a 5 x 4.5" bolt pattern that fits my application73-93 F-100/F-150 73-93 F-100/F-150

Do any of you experienced motorheads on here have solid answers to the following questions:

1. Are their Rotors available with the 5 x 4.5" bolt pattern that interchange with the 73-93 F-100/F-150 rotors?
2. Does any aftermarket company make rotors with the 5 x 4.5" bolt pattern - OR THAT ARE UNDRILLED - That will fit the 57-60 spindles?
3. Is the reason nothing is available that there are interference issues of some kind when attempting to use the 5 x 4.5" bolt pattern?
4. Is drilling and re-studding either the stock drum brakes or the conversion kit rotors potentially the best option to make this change?
5. Is there another better/easier/more efficient option to convert the bolt pattern to 5 x 4.5"?

If you've done this bolt pattern conversion without transitioning to a new Crown Vic or Mustang II IFS - Please drop your thoughts, tips and tricks

I don't have the facilities to do the fabrication required for an entire front end conversion, unfortunately

Looking forward to your responses

Thanks in advance!

RESPECT
JR

The cheapest option will probably be a 5 x 5.5 kit with wheel adapters. Although, since it appears that you have already chosen the wheels, that might cause problems. Baer and Wilwood might have something but you will be spending some dough at that point.

Roger all that!

I've pretty much decided to go with a crown vic swap up front and an explorer 8.8 with discs in the rear

I can get both assemblies for $500 total - Then the fabrication starts!

Wish me luck!
