I went with a 40" curved Rigid RDS. I wanted a seamless look though so I pushed the light bar into the grille as much as possible, which required some cutting and modifications to the lower portion, but worked out pretty well in the end.

Any link to this light? I like how it is so unobtrusive, yet obvious and overkill.
Installed the RC light kit for the Super Duty this weekend. The install took about 3 hours, not real difficult, just time consuming. The kit is really clean and fits well. Only had to trim a small notch in the corners.
did you cut out that entire chrome piece? How far back did you cut into the grille?

I did cut the entire chrome piece out. I didn't cut anything else off the grille, but I did have to trim quite a bit on the front end support structure. Not sure what it's called and unfortunately I didn't take any good pics of it. But I'll attach a few that shows what I'm talking about. You can see the grinder marks behind the light bar. I essentially ground it all down to allow the light bar to recess more and more until I had it lined up correctly. Required quite a bit of grinding on both left and right sides due to the curve and a little in the middle.
Fit in perfectly and puts out great light nilight 20 inch bar . I've had great luck with the nilight stuff even with how inexpensive they are they work great
