2006 F250 code P0713
New guy here, and I know this has been discussed over and over, however. 2006 F250 Super Duty, 6.0, deleted, not studded. Was running Eco tune from Quicktricks. Yesterday, tow/hail started blinking, check trans temp displayed, trans temp gauge in dash went to zero, and Edge CTS3 displayed -68. Pulled codes for glow plugs 1 and 5, (which I already knew), and the P0713. Seemed to be driving and shifting fine. Intermittently, gauges would go back to normal for a second, and then back to bottomed and blinking. Stopped and got a new temp sensor from the local dealer before getting home. Dropped pan, changed sensor, filter, and Mercon SP fluid. Started truck, read normal for about 60 seconds, and back to zero and blinking tow/haul. Thought I may not have got the sensor in correctly, dropped pan again, rechecked, and same scenario on restart. Code P0713 is back. Wiring looks good. What am I missing here? Could I have gotten a faulty sensor?
