You are talking about a diesel engine correct?
Never go over 40 no matter who made the turbo or you will be replacing more than a turbo.
Do you have a wastegate on this engine (some do and some do not) or is it the one that doesn't have one?
How many miles on it, what are the symptoms of the engine, who made the turbo, and what is it in?
Would help to know all of this to give you an answer or tell you where to look.
