low turbo boost

low turbo boost
i was driving my truck today 03 6.0 162k, and noticed when i punched it down the boost would not go over 15psi. not sure what would cause this if the turbo just needs a cleaning or a sensor. any ideas? thanks

you may need to clean the turbo, EBP sensor,MAP sensors
also check the CAC boots and Tube if you have the plastic one on the driver side for leaks
also check the up pipes behind the moter that go to turbo ypipe at the flex joints
