2004 F250 Ball Joint Replacement
Aside from BJ's, I'd do the axle U-joints and seals. You could do the hub assemblies as well since they'll be off.
Here is some useful links I've used to purchase some of the parts for this upcoming project.
Thrust washers for your hubs, as I've read this will crack over the years. Might as well replace while your in their.
If needed or lost you can get new Spicer hub washers.
If needed or lost a new snap ring for hubs.
Wheel bearing & hub unit. Read reviews that say you need to pack the needle bearings with grease for the hubs as well as check the hub grease itself as some report way premature failure due to missing/lack/ or grease?
This comes with a new hub seal.
Front axle wheel seal. (Outer/inner? Forgot)
OTC wheel seal installer tool. This sets the seal to the correct height as you can install to shallow or deep without it.
Axle seal (Inner/outer? Forgot)
For ball joints I've read time tested forum threads and went with the MEVOTECH Terrian Tough series.

New front Axle U-Joints went with sealed for life spicer life series coated, due to our road sprays for corrosion protection.

DO NOT recommend any Moog parts as all my suspension components I've used from them have all failed prematurely.
For suspension I installed some Bilstein 5100's as they have really nice corrosion protection being zinced as well as having a clear coat over that.
You could do some sway bar links while your in their, I'd go with some Mevotech as I've had good luck
with all their parts.
I'd do sealed as they just always seem to last longer.

EDIT- Add on some DORMAN 917513 hub mounting bolts.

Need to measure my hub diameter tomorrow to see what size posi lock puller I need to order.
Anyone please add onto this list for anything I'm forgetting? Will update for more links for parts if I am missing something?
