Yes it does, but you need an outlet adapter to attach the turbine housing to a super duty downpipe. Riffraff sells them for about $100. All the other attachment points are the same since it's the same comp housing and center cartridge. Any year 7.3 PSD van should be the same. For a towing truck it is fine. I have one I rebuilt with a KC turbine and 5/5 billet wheel in it and was into it for about $700-800 in parts, so it's kind of a bargain play compared to a KC drop in or Borg Warner T4 setup.

Thank you!
I'm planning to buy bellowed up pipes and a delete pedestal already. I'm putting it on an OBS 7.3, so I may not need the downpipe adapter. I'm only going stage 1 or 1.5 so I don't need a real hot/Gucci turbo. It sounds like a wheel and turbine will liven it up. And I can do everything for less than the cost of a drop in turbo. Because of the complexity below, it was easier to ask the simple question and go from there. I just wanted to make sure that I could start buying bellowed UP and pedestal and turbo without finding a massive flaw in the plan before I got finished.
My trucks backstory:
-I have an OBS with a bullnose swap. The bullnose won't fit an intercooler, but I read that the van turbo runs 200 degrees cooler than the SD turbo.
-I want to use the 3" intake plenums for better airflow and power, but I don't have an intercooler so I need this turbo and the Y pipe to fit the 3" plenums.
-I want the easier turbo attachment and removal of the SD, but I don't have firewall clearance for the bypass actuator, so I need a turbo without the bypass valve.
It definitely gets rid of the wastegate actuator, since there is no wastegate. I don't know about the OBS compatibility though...out of my element there. You will see the van turbo has a much smaller outlet adapter than a super duty truck turbo, so you will know if you need the bigger adapter or not. As long as you can retrofit a super duty turbo to an OBS engine then the van turbo will be no different other than the outlet adapter. The vans don't have intercoolers either so they used this larger turbine housing to keep the EGT's down.

I read that the outlet is the same as what I measured on my OBS turbo (3 3/4" I believe). Otherwise it's possible with the right up pipes and pedestal. I just don't want to buy these parts twice; once for an OBS setup and then for the SD.
