You want the e series diesel frame mounted battery box. Its the factory box for 99-08. Several of them for sale on Ebay. They sell the covers separately.
I moved my second battery to the frame on one of my e series diesels. So both batteries are on the frame rail. Be careful if you have a sliding door mine ended up close to that spot.
