Possible Lemon, anyone have experience?

Purchased a beautiful 2021 5.0 V8 off the lot and noticed white smoke coming out the exhaust off a cold start after about a week. Took back to the dealership and they worked with Ford engineers for about 2 months. Oil was leaking into cylinders 1, 3, 5, and 6 and they replaced the heads, gaskets, and valves. Finally got my truck back and every once in a while I’m still seeing the white smoke come off the exhaust. Any advice for a first time Ford owner?

Look up your states Lemon laws, the process of a buyback isn't that bad. I have completed two of them with Ford. In most states 30 days out of service is enough to qualify.

Sounds like it's time to either replace the truck or replace the engine............

First time Ford owner and having issues, that's not a good look and I'm sorry for your problems. I'm pretty certain that I'd negotiate a fair and equitable solution with Ford.

Perhaps trying to get the engine replaced and the warranty extended on the engine would be a suitable cure if you're happy with the rest of the truck.

Odds are the Tech needs to witness the cold start up smoke to get the Factory on board and put in a new Long Block. . When the Tech does what is correct to correct the problem the OEM product is not machined - the block is incorrect.

if it was oil getting into cylinders it would not be white smoke. I would like to see the service ticket . . also they would not replace the heads for that scenario.

I think so. From what I've experienced with my Ford and reading through blogs, white smoke is typically water vapor. I considered this situation is normal and common in vehicles

Water vapor is quite common with the big exhaust and muffler on these trucks. If you only make short trips condensation will collect in the low parts, especially the muffler. Then when you start it, you will see white "smoke" with a few seconds, which will disparate as the engine warms.

Keep in mind that he engine block will develop condensation too and that it will eventually contaminate your oil. If you make a lot of short trips, change the oil more often. Or better yet, take it out for a 20+ miles drive ate least once a week, you engine, exhaust and battery will thank you for that.
