Is this normal to find?
Pulling the injectors while I'm in doing the oil cooler, I bought a seal kit for them.
is it normal to find o rings in very rough shape.

Yes if the oil temps were too high the O-rings will be brittle.

thank you oil temp is the reason I got into this job. Glad I pulled the injectors

Also some aftermarket or counterfeit injectors have inferior o rings.

Doesn't looks like they were leaking but probably they came apart when you pulled the injectors. Definitely on their last leg!

Do you know how hot your oil temps were getting?
