Need help with p1335 code
I just got my 2004 F250 super duty 6.0 diesel bulletproofed with a bulletproof turbo, egr cooler, oil cooler and ARP studs and it is still giving me the p1335 code. My egr is under warranty so I got a new one and reset the light but I came back on. I also replaced the y pipe because it had a leak. Anyone know what it could be? I examined the harness/connector and it has no damage.

How long have you driven it after replacing the valve?
What did the intake manifold look like when the valve was out?
Were you having problems (and what were they) before you replaced the valve?
Are you tuned?

Do you have access to a scan tool that can read live data? If so, have a look at the EGR_VP volts PID at key-on/engine-off. You should be seeing a reading of about 0.85 to 0.95 volts if I recall correctly. If you're seeing voltage above 1.0 volt, either your EGR valve is stuck partially open or the EGR valve position sensor is faulty and needs replaced. It would be far from the first bad-out-of-box EGR valve.

I'm not tuned and the intake manifold was cleaned by the mechanic. I got it bulletproofed after the egr cooler was bad and starting using up coolant and was giving steam from exhaust. I also noticed that the egr was dirty when I changed it out.
