That is one of the most useless codes. It tells you that something is wrong, but it can't determine what that something is.
I recommend clearing the code to see if it will come back. Otherwise, all you can do is throw parts at it, hoping to get lucky.

So I look up the code in Alldata and basically it says I'm sick and I can't tell you how I feel. Mark is right, there isn't and diagnostics for it except to clear and see if it returns. If it returns then check the wiring harness where it plugs into the tcm. The tcm is mounted to the top of the frame on the left side of truck between cab and frame. Check wiring between module and transmission. Then at that point you're on your own. If the transmission seems to be working and shifting OK you might just ignore the code until something hard happens that can be diagnosed.

Carful what u ask 4 u might get it
Thx guys that's what in afraid of the tranny wont move the truck I've changed the fluid and filters both inline and the pan u can feel it trying to make the truck go but to no avail
