Has anyone replaced their stock steering stabilizer with the Blisten 5100 on a 2020+? I am running a level kit with 37's and it doesn't feel solid and steady as it did on the factory tires. Just wondering in the Blisten upgrade is worth it or if will feel just like the stock one.
Not in a 20+ although I don't think it makes a difference. The Bilstein damper is a gas charged unit, the OEM steering stabilizer is not. You might notice a difference from that alone, I can't say that I did. My original stabilizer was shot, so when I installed the Bilstein unit there was a noticeable difference in steering wheel feedback going over bumps and dips. Aside from that I can't say there was a big difference in overall road manners. Since you are leveled and have larger tires I would probably make sure the alignment is dialed in first. Wouldn't hurt to install a better steeeing stabilizer but it also might not improve what you are wanting to improve.

This.
I think many people use steering stabilizers to mask other issues. I drove a 9000lb Ram on 37's for 8 years without a steering stabilizer and probably 10 with no sway bar. They both have their purposes but they are by no means necessary IMO. I'll run a steering stabilizer on my F-450 when it gets here, but I'll most likely ditch the sway bar.
All that extra .02 you didn't ask for just to say I agree with 4wd6.7L, something else is probably going on.
Set the caster at the high end of range (above +5.0) and/or set the front end tire pressure to low end required for actual loading.
Agreed with this. My truck always felt "floaty" even after going to 37's. It wasn't until I pushed the caster over 5 degrees and added the Kelderman dual steering stabilizer kit that the truck felt very solid. To be honest, the caster helped more than the stabilizer.

Slight improvement. Worth the cost. Took just under an hr to install. On a 4” superlift.
