If you need 3 steering stabilizers it sounds like you might need to fix the problem that causing the steering issue.

The idea is that usually people install the dual steering stabilizers with a lift kit. Generally when you lift the truck it puts the factory stabilizer at an awkward angle causing the bushings on the end of it to quickly wear out. This is what happened with my truck when I ran the factory stabilizer on my 4.5" lift after 5,000 miles.
