August 2021 Chat Thread

A new month is upon us.
I had a tire service come out and fix 2 tires on my motorhome. One was flat and the other had a slow leak, both had bad Valve stems. The generator started throwing a code and won’t stay running so I need to troubleshoot that.

I am getting real good at installing brakes on F450 trucks, I have done 4 brake jobs since I started this new job. I still love my new job, it’s awesome.

Hey guys, I have been side tracked with a project car. I bought a 2003 mini cooper to flat tow behind my motorhome. I am rebuilding the front suspension and doing some much needed cleaning and repairs. I hope to have it back together this weekend.

I troubleshot the brakes and need a new booster for the 79, the brake pedal depresses when you give it gas.

Hey guys. First time posting on the chapter thread. Bought a 2003 Excursion two months or so ago. Wife uses it for daily driving and hauling kids. They outgrew our Sequoia and she did not want another big van. At 5 foot 7, I have four six foot tall sons, one more that will soon be six foot. 12 year old daughter taller than me and a 10 year old that almost looks me in the eye. No plans to do much to yet, still scheming. I do have to repair a seat belt this weekend. I will post again another day.
