Those are not codes, they are readings from different pids. The numbers you posted are not bad. What is the problem with truck? And why so defensive on oil còoler change?

Purchase your oil cooler directly from a Ford dealer, or an online Ford dealer. Be wary of motorcraft parts from other sources like Amazon or eBay. There is a large counterfeit market in OEM labeled parts.

Are there any DTCs stored in the computer?

there was, but it was from me driving home after I found out the oil cooler was clogged. I cleared them and drove it around town and no codes came up.
no Amazon parts, thats scary, thought i was going to get a cooler for 300$ whats the cost from a dealer? and do i just call the nearest one to get a part? I've never bought a part from a dealer.
I also can not get a clear answer on what kind of coolant i should use? im doing a complete flush of the system b4 i change the cooler.
also thinking of a after market filter for the coolant? whats the thought on those?

Stay away from the Ford Gold coolant as stated to use above. Go with a good quality ELC. At the top of this forum is a 6.0 tech sticky. Please read it when you get a chance. B.

I realize that you already know you need an oil cooler, but sometimes the actual temperatures, (not just the difference between EOT and ECT), are important to assess. Maybe we could see something, or maybe not. Who knows, but it isn't particularly time consuming to get the data and post it.........

Assessing (and posting) the temperature data after the engine has been off for 12+ hours will give you an idea if the sensors are still accurate. This is something I check fairly regularly. It is helpful to the engine controls to be operating off of accurate data.

Also, posting the temperatures when fully warmed up (and also when working the engine hard) might help identify an issue in one of those system (EOT, ECT, TFT, IAT1, IAT2).

Zerex makes two ELC CAT-1 coolants. One is red. One is gold. I used to run the red, but it has silicates. I now run the gold. The gold is silicate and nitrate free and can go 6 yrs without a change or recharge.

Also, I'd recommend not jumping into parts swapping without proper diagnostics. Have you considered an oil cooler relocation? If the truck will sit a lot, it is something you should consider.
