Thanks for the information. I am going to try a couple of things first. Then I might have the dealer operate on it. I agree it would be cheaper to just take it in now before purchasing more parts.

Hi All,
Problem solved. It appears that a previous owner had gutted the material from the Catalist Converter on the drivers side of the truck. I recently replaced the IAC and TPS. I also replaced the fuel pressure regulator. I still had the problem untill today. Muffler shop tapped the converters and primary on drivers side sounded hollow. He stated he had seen this before. He cut it open and sure enough, empty. Why would one do this? $500.00 to replace both on that side and also no more DTC. Thanks for all your help!

A guess, but I thought I had heard that gutting the CAT would give you more HP, but how did he or she intend on passing a State smog test???
Anyway glad you found the fix-
That was my thought, bad cat, so one tried to cheap a fix. I really don't understand although going thru all that trouble taking the pipe and cats off. The Muffler shop has all the equipment and worked hard for 1.5 hrs. I figure it probably was a exhausting effort under the oak tree that went no where.
