Mine is a XLT and the tint on the rear side windows, Lift gate, and the back side doors is so dark you cannot see in through it unless you cup your hands around your eyes, and even then its difficult. But mine was also Govt use for most of its life so im guessing they tinted those so dark for a reason. From inside you can see out just fine.
Try some of the local glass companies... Sometimes you get lucky.

Hindsight is 20/20, but this is why I have comprehensive insurance on my ex. I broke my rear hatch by closing the rear barn door after lowering the hatch. I have zero deductible and glass through my comprehensive insurance, and it covered it with zero out of my pocket. Everybody should have it if it's available in your state..
Try atv salvage in North branch. I know they had an ex there a year ago when I was there. North branch is an hour north of Minneapolis. Don't know if is still there or not. They don't list their inventory online so you'd have to call
Right about that hindsight. My particular excuse was that when I moved to the US my foreign driving license made insurance premium reach the stratosphere. So I settled on their cheaper-yet-still-hard-to-swallow package. I simply forgot I still needed to change it.
