Not sure if you changed you rear end fluid at 100k but it would definitely be a good idea. All you need to do is take the cover off differential, drain, clean, and replace high temp silicone and screw back together. The fill tube is at the top of the differential. I believe I put 2 qts. of Lucas rear diff. fluid. Then I flushed the coolant out but usually do that every 15k miles anyway. It is really up to you but definitely keep good maintenance.
