Hey guys I'm getting multiple codes at the same time (P0069, P0470, P2138, P2139) on an 06' with 166K miles. Can anyone tell me what wiring harness is shared by the, baro sensor, ebp, and the TPPS? I'd like to go through that harness and rule out any pinch points or chaffing.
There are really only one or two harnesses depending on year etc. Mine is a 2003 with a separate harness for injectors. Either way your issues are all on plugs that branch off the engine wire harness. Make sure the air filter housing is not causing tension (the harness crosses under the filter) and check chafe points (sharp edges and uncapped studs) around the thermostat area and where the harness crosses.
My favorite harness tape...buy ten rolls in bulk, you will use it for everything once you try it. Wrapping my new Motorcraft harness...addressing and beefing up chafe points with split fuel hose and split loom. Finished harnesses ready to go in.
Have you checked your Vref? If it's not right at 5.0v, that's an indication of a harness short, IIRC. Maybe if it is 5.0v, that tells us something, although I don't know what, lol. Just seems like a good data point to know.
