The part number on the box is correct. I suspect the parts inside might be mixed up. After a 28 min phone call yesterday they agreed to send out another bumper.
I hope this is the end of it. If it's ok I will order the rear so they match.

Just wanted to update. New bumper arrived and I installed it yesterday. I think it looks great and more importantly I believe it will work well with the winch. I installed the HF Apex 12,000 winch.
The new parts and the old were almost identical but it fit better.
So overall I am happy with the product. I might buy the matching rear now. Only worrisome thing now is the finish. I hope it holds up. Already some rust showing on peripheral hardware.

And don't mind the blurriness from the 35mm film days when this was taken...
