Basically, any EEC-IV hardware that is SD48E will work.
Calibration codes TOE0, TAG0, ALT0 codes should work.
Every now and then I pickup computers, used for $25-$50 when people part out there trucks. Sorry, do not have a 7.5l E4OD computer at the moment.
mileage is stored in PSOM, not the PCM=ECM, unless its for warranty, and what motor in truck, it wont help assure you get an PCM, for E4OD
1994 7.5l 460 with E4OD. I've got pictures of the pcm in this thread if you haven't seen them already. And it's the year of the dwell ICM, so keep that in mind. I don't want to accidentally order the wrong one because some things did change throughout the years. Unless you think one from a brick nose would work which I doubt because of the different ICM.
One from a brick nose will not work, not sure where that came from.
You need a PCM computer from a 1994 and up, with E4OD.
Basically any SD48E hard ware will work. Verify, each should be 7.5l w/E4OD.
If you read up the forum then you'll know that we determined one from a brick nose would not work specifically due to the different icms. They're both obd1 but the pcm receives signal differently. Doesn't hurt to get a 2nd opinion. I'll do some more price checking and I'll see about ordering one here today if not then soon. I'll match the model number and the code (TAGO)

Those O'Reilley's Cordone computers are apparently good quality from what I have heard around.

Yes, your right about ICM, brick nose will not work, post #72 has the PCM you need according to your F4TF-12A650-ZA (F4TF-ZA)that rla2005 said you needed, and your pic shows same #'s, the TAGO(EEC program codes) not calibration codes, that wwhite says you need will not show on a order form, but this will F4TF-12A650-ZA
So, not sure if anyone will revisit this forum, but here's a little update.
Got the new PCM today and got it installed. Fixed the problem but I noticed a different problem spontaneously occur. Keep in mind I have an aftermarket precision low stall triple disc torque converter. So the lockup is really fast. But in third gear when it locks up it feels like the converter unlocks and locks back up a few times. I can't remember if the rpm jumps, vague memory, but I don't believe it jumps. In any other scenario it's fine and doesn't repeat that feeling. Mainly when accelerating without much load on the engine. I might try looking at the tps voltage tomorrow because that could be a culprit. Anyone have any ideas/suggestions, shoot it my way. Thank you
