Yep, Red is probably right about the vent being clogged. Good news is, that those are plug welds that hold the axle tubes to the housing. Get the vent cleared, then you can MIG weld those plug weld holes.
X2 on check the diff vent line all the way down to the metal part itself. If the rubber line is clear take it off and take a pick and carefully ck the metal part going into the diff. If it is clogged, take a small drill bit, put some grease on it and finger spin/hand drill the clog. The grease will catch the clog/dirt/crud/rust. it can be a 2 oe 3 time application to get it clear. I believe those places it is leaking is where they plug weld the axle tube into the differential. If you can get it clean (spray brake cleaner) and then weld them up, you should be ok. Of course only AFTER you check the diff vent line and it is clear, but it keeps leaking.
