I work 12 hour shifts, so I just hit the sack.
Now on off days I go to the range and shoot, or go to my AMVETS post and have some Beam and Cokes....

workout, work in my wood shop (if time permits), catch up on household chores (not much time with daylight savings), walk the beagles, pour a Miller Lite, watch TV, go to bed.

Change into some shop clothes. Go work on the car. Drink a few beers. Fire up the grill. My friends and I cook out every night of the week. Get in the house, play some Tiger Woods golf 2k3. Or watch a movie. Thats when im home.
Right now since I really dont work. Go back to the tent. Change into shorts, t-shirt, sandles. Catch some sun. Sit around. Work out. Play basketball, volleyball. Sit around some more. Study for my next rank (Sargeant) Then go to sleep on a bed made for someone much shorter then me.

We only have a couple hours a night to visit with each other because of our work schedules so every evening when I get home we sit on the porch and listen to music, talk, and have a beer or more. It doesn't matter how much work I bring home, we always take this time for "us". After he goes to bed (usually around 9pm), I do the work I brought home and catch up on what's going on with FTE.
Ahh, the secret to a happy marriage...
I try to do the same- 'cause I want to try to KEEP this wife!!...LOL
We try to do as many things together as possible. Shopping for groceries, going out to dinner, spending time with friends. We also try to see some of the countryside here in Virginia- away from the hustle and bustle of Virginia Beach. Watch TV together-CSI, when she can pry the remote from me and my sports...

When I get off work at the warehouse, I go to work on the farm. I work from 12 hour nights, two on, two off, every other weekend. It works out that I average 42 hours a week every two weeks, and only work half the days of the year, so there's plenty of time to catch up on the farm chores.

After class I come back and sleep. Thats cause this place doesn't quiet down til around 3 am. We caught the mouse in the room last night, disposed of that little critter.
Usually I have a few hours break between my afternoon classes or wahtever and I have some stuff to do. When evening comes around I go play in the truck, the kids around here don't know what its like to have a 25 year old vehicle, sad.
I don't really fit in around here, because I don't drink. 80% of the students here do.
