1A New Style Mirrors
I went a head and ordered a set of the 08-10 mirrors since I recently became an owner of another F350, my 2006 had heated, power with turn signals. Ordered an upgrade with power fold got the install complete and noticed the passenger side glass was very loose and vibrated a lot when driving. I contacted 1A and initially wanted me to just return them which would leave a hole in my dash where I installed the power fold switch. After a number of back and forth email exchanges with them they asked for the VIN, then said due to my truck having auto dim those mirrors were not compatible and would not be replaced under warranty. I objected and said I would dispute the charges and they backed off and issued a return label, again not solving the problem. I created a video showing the solid mirror glass on the driver versus the passenger, sent them the link and asked again to be sent a replacement passenger mirror. Their position is since the truck has auto dim the mirrors will continue to be a problem so they will not issue a replacement.
