Sync 4 troubles?

Sync 4 troubles?
Anyone else have Sync 4 issues? I bought my truck April 17th. Since then Sync 4 has been working well except one time when the Nav system shutdown mid trip, but it came back the next morning fine.
Then, about 2 weeks it began booting into strange states where it thought it was in a phone call and the radio was disabled or CarPlay just refused to connect with my phone. I first tried deleting the the phone from the radio and deleting the bluetooth device in my phone settings and reestablishing the phone as a new connection. That fixed it short term. This morning, it booted into all kinds of f-d up modes. So, I just went in to the settings and reset the whole system. What a PIA to setup again. But it seemed to fix things for now. I hope this is not something I'll need to do every 3 months.

Yes, I know you have OTA updates but it wouldn’t hurt to check.
