KYB shock question

I have a 2000 Excursion 6.8L v10 XLT RWD needing new shocks. Pirate seems to like the KYB shocks but when I look for the Monomax only the front is listed , not the rear. Even the KYB website only shows the Monomax for the front.

For those of you with RWD that have the KYB Monomax on the front, what did you use on the back?

Because details matter,

I like the KYB MonoMax for street use with stock size tires.

I very much dislike the KYB Gas adjust and no KYBs work on the Excursion with 33" + size tires.
I know its nit picky but so are shocks

anyhow, So Dumb KYB doesnt make the Monomax for the rear. The Bilstein 4600 is valved similar so performance wise consider them equals, even though the Bilstein cost twice as much.
Bilstein 24-185455. is the part number

Thank you. My Ex is stock height and has the factory size tires and wheels. At least until they wear out. LOL. Don't know about the future.

Based on "Pirate seems to like the KYB shocks" I put them on front and rear about a year ago (6.0 4WD,no lift). These were the rear ones

and yes, those are the rear on the 4x4
the RWD is 3” shorter snd for some reason KYB doesnt make it

I do city driving, unloaded mostly. I like them but I say for those who are looking for a sedan like soft ride, remember that this is a truck. That said, they meet my expectations. I also keep my tires at 60#. Pirate, it was a great suggestion in another thread.
