noisy door panels

noisy door panels
my 95 f250 door panel makes a kind of squeaking noise whenever i turn or go over bumps etc. i tried tightening the screws but it still does it, it looks like the panel is flexing and scraping against the metal. any ideas to help alleviate the noise?

I took denim insulation and hot glued it on the backside on top of the factory denim insulation. Also ,where the plastic touches the metal, (pretty much whole perimeter of panel minus the window felt) I laid a thin strip of electrical tape. Big difference. Just my .02

we used the one sided sticky, foam tape, same places, BlackBeautyFlareside, the sheet metal screw holes at bottom of doors were pulling out, so he took a ball peen hammer, and gently, coaxed them back flat.
