change upholstery?
I have recovered the seats in my GMC after the original cloth wore out.
How hard is it to pull the vinyl seats out of a super duty and recover them in Cloth?
I am looking hard at a couple of fleet trucks but they all have the vinyl seats and I really want cloth.

It's beyond simple, I have done plenty of seat upholstery swaps on these trucks. Takes me 20 mins to swap the front seats. The rear is a little more difficult but maybe a hour and a half. The stock cloth seats can be had in new take off on ebay very cheap.

This sounds good. I have had vinyl but much prefer cloth or leather.

The seat upholstery is held in with plastic clips. Compress the foam with your hand and pull the clips. Very easy seats to work on.
