My 2002 F250 XL is in need of a new interior. I want to replace the bench seats in the front with Captain chairs and a console--the bench in the back I want to update so I can make my wife happy for the kid's car seats to fit in properly. Does anyone know how I can do this with used or refurbished seats? I am already going to replace the paneling inside the doors and the dash--so I need to keep costs low.
check craigslist for parted out superduties and or individual seat set listings. seats in good condition are pretty pricy.
for example, I have 2008 cloth seats bench with foldable jump seat in front and 60/40 in back. going to tan leather with decent leather goods would cost me 2K in the NYC area for used seats. My seats are probally not worth much at all.
