Hi all, we have an 07 Navigator and the AC is ice cold when we are moving but if we sit to long at a light the ice cold air starts to go awa and will almost warm. We evacuated and pressure tested the system and then recharged the system, and put a new fan clutch in and still no change, any ideas?

The condenser could be partially clogged and can't remove enough heat without the benefit of high volume of air passing through the working part of it. One way to test it is to feel for cool spots on the condenser while the AC is running, the other is to spray the condenser with cold water from a hose and see if the vent air temperature drops. Cool spots on the condenser indicate a clogged area.
