If you have a slight change in ride height all you need to worry about is your drag link adjustment. This centers you steering wheel and has no impact on tire wear. You can do this your self with a little trial and error.
Spring change has no effect on toe adjustment. which is all they are going to really adjust at an alignment shop. If your are getting super picky, there will be a slight change to your castor that slightly effects toe, but so little I wouldn’t let an alignment guy mess with my truck.

It should still be checked. Granted this is a solid front axle truck so not MUCH is going to change, but it should still be checked. If it still falls in spec, a lot of places won't even charge you full price for the alignment.
